Με επιτυχία ολοκληρώθηκαν οι εργασίες του 1ου Διεθνoύς Συνεδρίου στις 7 & 8 Δεκεμβρίου 2019 στο Κεντρικό Αμφιθέατρο Τ.Ε.Φ.Α.Α. του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας στα Τρίκαλα.
Το Oblomov Project είναι ένα Ευρωπαϊκό πρόγραμμα Erasmus το οποίο στόχο έχει να παρακινήσει αυθόρμητα παιδιά προεφηβικής ηλικίας να συμμετάσχουν σ΄ ένα Ανοιχτό Σενάριο με τις εκφραστικές δυνατότητες του σώματος ενθαρρύνοντας να εκφράσουν τα συναισθήματα και σκέψεις, τονώνοντας της αντίληψης της δική τους σωματικότητας.
Μέσα από τα μονοπάτια του θεάτρου το πρόγραμμα Oblomov σχεδιάστηκε και διευθύνεται από τον εταίρο «Piccolo Teatro» του Μιλάνου με συντονιστή το Πανεπιστήμιο του Μιλάνου και προσφέρει μια νέα επιστημονική μεθοδολογία που αποβλέπει στην πρόληψη του ανθυγιεινού τρόπου ζωής, συνδυάζοντας:
HEPA: Υγεία Ενίσχυση της σωματικής δραστηριότητας
HIIT: Εκπαίδευση διαστήματος υψηλής έντασης
HIIE: Διαλείπουσα Άσκηση Υψηλής Έντασης
Τα μονοπάτια του θεάτρου καθοδηγούν τους μαθητές/τριες σε μια νέα αυτοσυντηρούμενη φυσική διάσταση όπου το θέατρο και ο αθλητισμός προσφέρουν ευκαιρίες να παίζουν ρόλους στην καθημερινότητά τους.
